Hangs easily, brightens windowless space
My adult autistic son love Gilligan's Island reruns - so I decided to surprise him by doing his room over in an island theme. This is one of the products I bought toward this effort. This is a beautiful wall cling and very realistic. Pretty easy to put on and seems to enlarge his bedroom with the additional "window."
This was just what we needed to finish a room make over
easy to apply and looks great
loved it but it would not fit where I planned to put it
I have a home office in my basement family room, so it just have those 3 narrow, high windows. This mural looks great behind my desk. Now I can just turn around, look out my "window" and daydream. It was very easy to put up on my own. I unrolled it, put some books on it to flatten for about an hour. Unpeeled the top three inches or so, placed it where I wanted it, then slowly pulled the rest of the backing down, smoothing it out as I went. Very easy!
I can hardly believe I got this put up all by myself and even harder to believe that it's straight! It looks crooked in the photo but that's only because I can't hold my iphone straight. Getting it started was the hard part. I marked where I wanted the corners to be and then peeled back the top left corner and stuck it to the wall. That held the decal in place while I worked with the rest of it. I kept getting large bubbles and had to carefully removed and replace multiple times. I also smoothed it out starting in the middle and working out the small bubbles with my fingers. It still looks like it has tiny bubbles but that's because the wall is not perfectly smooth. It sticks very well; I don't think it will peel off by itself for a long time.
I work in a small cubicle with no windows, and needed something to brighten up my home away from home. This certainly does the trick and I love it! A real window would be better of course, but no more staring at a blank cell wall.
Looks great, it took 5 minutes to stick on the wall. No special tools needed, just your hand.
looks great
This came much earlier that I was lead to believe and that made me very happy.
I put this on my bedroom wall last night and I love looking at it.
